Needlepoint rugs cannot be held responsible for your goods once it has left our premises. We offer you some sensible advice.
Your needlepoint item should be hard wearing but may require a little respect when cleaning.
Use a vacuum cleaner
on a low setting as normal...
Occasionally if you think the rug would benefit, pick the rug up and on a dry day, put
on washing line and beat with a carpet beater to remove deep dust...
NEVER attempt to wash the rug or cushion cover,
either by hand or in a washing machine.
Rugs and cushion covers can be sent to a specialist cleaner if required.
If something is spilt on the item, then act immediately, place a towel under spillage area and DAB not rub, the area to
try and soak up the majority of liquid. Then DAB (never rub) with a mild solution of stain remover.
Dab to dry off.
